Alternately, you can print our form, fill it out and mail it to the Hungerford Nature Center & Museum with a check or email the form to us at sagemeehan@nbymhnc.org or info@nbymhnc.org, and call 860-827-9064 to pay with a credit card over the phone.​​

How do i sign up?

Log in to your RecDesk account (or create one if you’re new).

Click on the Memberships tab.

Select the membership you’d like and click Enroll.

Choose a fee type from the drop-down menu.

Review your membership start date.

(Optional) Add a note.

Select the household members to include.
-
Click Save to complete your enrollment.
Do I need to add household members during enrollment?
Yes. Be sure to select all household members you want included before finalizing your purchase. If household members are not selected during enrollment, the membership will not be linked to them after purchase.
What membership levels include ASTC & NARM?​​​
The reciprocal membership level.​
Will I receive a Membership Card?​
Yes! You will receive a physical membership card in the mail a few weeks after we process your membership.
Do you offer digital membership cards?
Not at this time. But you are welcome to take a picture of your membership card to keep on your phone
Where can I go with the Reciprocal programs?
The lists of current nature centers, gardens and museums that are a part of each offered reciprocal program can be found on our website.
If I add a guest to my membership will they receive their own membership card?
No. Your guest will be added to your card. But, an additional card may be requested.
There used to be reciprocal benefits with the Family Membership. What happened?
As of July 1, 2026, we updated and reorganized our membership levels to better reflect the value and benefits offered at each level. Reciprocal admission benefits are now included exclusively with our Reciprocal Membership. Our Household Membership continues to provide unlimited admission to Hungerford Nature Center and other member benefits, while the Reciprocal Membership adds access to participating reciprocal admission networks for families who enjoy visiting other nature centers, museums, and science centers.
